21st century is the age of technology. This being the practical life oriented application of science has assured humanity in wonderful vistas of com forts and conveniences. If the total world has become a village, the marvelous speed of communication and transportation has became a real proof of the concepts man has been contemplating in mythical fables.
Knowledge today, knows no barriers. Rather it is a general mode of life through which most of the life affairs are handled through technology. Whether it is E-banking or E-communication E-commerce of E-learning or E-Governance, every aspect of human activity has become electronic oriented which affords the fastest possible pace.
In order to equip and orientate every person in handling the process of E-life, our country as a whole and the Punjab, in particular is on the forefront of educating the youth at level with the 21st Century obligations.
Under Punjab Technical University our college is equally contributing its might to educate the youth to meet the rapidly changing requirements of life. Special role of the college relates to meeting the needs of rural and financially weaker sections. This is the most philanthropic contribution made by Baba Mangal Singh Ji and now being propagated by Baba Gurpinder Singh Ji and all the members of the management and, no doubt the members of faculty.
The college caters to imparting Engineering enlightenment in the branches of Computer, Electronics, Electrical, Information and mechanical. The real endeavor is to make this privilege available to the unprivileged youth.
